I am now at about 450k IHG points and am wondering if it's worthwhile to switch my earning preference over to Air Canada's Aeroplan miles for a bit to boost those up.

Has anyone switched from IHG to Airline miles? Is it worth changing or am I better off to keep accumulating the IHG points?
