Expensify is very good. They have a website as well, so when I return from a trip I can add more detail and reclassify on a larger screen with a mouse if I have to. It also allows you to download an expense report as a PDF and print it out if you need internal signatures.
That's what I use (saves me hours) - but I'm not sure it covers what the OP is asking for.
