SkyTeam elite member here but first time flying Air Europa. I got cheap economy tickets US-MAD, and I see only 3 out of the 16 business seats sold/occupied according to expert flyer. Do they have cash upgrade offers? I've searched but I can't find an answer. My flight is in a week. I called them but the phone rep didn't know what upgrade was and she only offered to re price the whole ticket and "waive" any change fees. Any experiences? Thanks!
