Also, at least 2 or possibly all 3 of the U.S. majors provide a food item from the BoB menu and a drink at no charge to their top tier pax (e.g. AA EXP) when they are sitting in Coach. AC does not.
So of course we can judge the contents or the container it is served in, but it is still a meal.
