We were here a couple of years ago and found it a little snooty and elitist and now trying to decide between here and Andaz Liverpool.
I dont mind 'attitude' but my better half is having doubts.
We sort of felt we should be showing proof of our bank account details to get any help from the Club staff.
We would be staying a week and it is all a leisure trip

Just had stay there feb17-19th. was upgraded to a renovated executive suite(very nice). I have stayed at the Andaz around 20 stays and locationwise HR wins and the rooms at Andaz are a bit odd. Breakfast id say Andaz wins even tough the lounge at HR is very nice and have decent choices of breakfast. If i would pick any of them id go with HR because of the loaction. Andaz only if you want to save some money.
