True enough. I myself prefer to think of it as just part of the fun of travelling BA.
The fact that you can never be sure just what will - or will not - be lacking on any given flight, on any given day, adds a certain element of surprise.
And that surprise is woefully absent with so many other airlines, hotels, restaurants etc.
