This won't work for you, but others who want to dispose of CO miles might be better off in coupon connection trying to arrange a trade. There have got to be a ton of AA123 vouchers floating around. (Alas, the AA123 vouchers won't get you to Honduras).

In the alternative, I would launder 90K miles into Amtrak, which can be redeemed for 3 nights at the Ritz Carlton. Those nights would definitely be worth more than what would remain after you transferred the miles back into another hotel or airline program
