It could take 2 A380's a day but that affects cargo and its a decent route for cargo too. That is why they haven't done it.
And just to highlight this, since it may not be obvious, the A380's cargo capacity and flexibility is surprisingly poor, which is why the 747s merrily zoom around on the BA and LH networks, when Cathay has now got rid of her last Jumbo
