Singapore preferred due to the Valley Wing, the overall experience is better although the MO in KL is not bad but rooms are small and club lounge has inconvenient time limits!

There is not a lot of difference in the prices but choice changes, sometimes Singapore is better, sometimes KL is...neither are as good as Dubai but that is just a little bit too far to travel every 3 months.
