I just searched Mr. Rebates. InterContinental Hotels & Resorts certainly is on there (currently offering 8% cashback).

That said, it doesn't matter which cash back portal you enter for any IHG brand. It will stay pay out, say, if you book through Candlewood Suites Mr Rebates cashback portal but book an IC hotel.

Has your hotel stay already passed? Normally, Mr Rebates credit won't show up until the same day your points show up in your IHG account (they send me an email each morning that the cashback is added to my account). Regardless, it does not show up until after your hotel stay even if it is an advance purchase.

I've received over $20,000 in cashback from Mr. Rebates so I know them very well.
