Okay, here's a tricky combination of airlines for lounge access.

My daughter (no FF status of any kind, but has AC membership through my AA CC), has a AA business award flight(s) SFO-PDX-DFW-FRA, with SFO-PDX leg in Y, PDX-DFW in F and DFW-FRA (AA metal) in J.

Its clear for lounge access in PDX and DFW, but will she have access to the CX lounge in SFO, as she's flying Oneworld Business later that day?
