This makes no sense. My Chase UR account is First M. Last; my KE account is LAST/FIRST MIDDLE, and UR points transfer instantly. Why would this same First M. Last construct cause a failure when transferring from SPG to KE?

I just initiated two transfers to KE: one on 14-Mar and one on 15-Mar (more than 24 hours apart), and I'm now worried that there's going to be a delay. Hopefully I'm overly worried about nothing.

This is my first time to transfer SPG Starpoints to an airline partner, and I'm learning a lot along the way. As much as I read FT and blogs, I'd somehow missed that this was not an instantaneous transfer. Lesson learned for next time.
