Involuntary downgrade issue ANA on SAS award ticket

Yesterday my wife was due to travel on an (SAS-issued) award ticket from HND to OSL on the following routing:

HND-PEK: ANA biz
PEK-MUC: LH first
MUC-OSL: LH biz

The first flight was delayed out of HND, which would cause my wife to miss her connection in PEK. The ANA ground staff offered her a biz seat on ANA´s direct flight HND-MUC instead. This seemed like a decent option at the time, so she accepted. She was issued a receipt as proof of the involuntary downgrade and advised to contact ticket office for compensation.

My question is, how does she proceed to make the claim from here? Does she contact SAS Eurobonus since they issued the original ticket, or ANA since they issued the downgraded one? Anyone have any experience with a similar situation involving ANA and know what sort of compensation, if any, can be expected?
