I think you might have not realised but China airlines B777 business section is spaced 1-2-1 so all passengers have direct aisle access.

Basically all long haul business is now 1-2-1 aisle access except for Vancouver and Australian mid haul. Vancouver will be go to the A350 soon anyway.
