I flew FD this morning out of DMK. For some reason, I cannot check-in online or through the kiosks, which may be because of a lost/replaced passport. (Postman lost it on delivery - scanned to the wrong house and just vaporized.) Anyway, I wound up talking to a guy from Malaysia who was on my flight. We walked through immigration, security and onto the flight together. He had a mobile boarding pass on his phone and did not have any issue. Maybe it's not an official thing. Maybe it's just some agents who don't know better?
