What is the relationship between JL and KE? I know they codeshare and JL recently allowed JMB redemption on KE, but none of the KE coded flights will earn miles? Or will they do it in the future?

Looking at a trip between tokyo and seoul and the JL codeshare is selling at 3 times the KE flight, JL also doesn't operate that many flights between the 2 cities, I thought it would be almost hourly similar to ITM-HND.
