If you can get the dates through the Hilton program that you want, I would go that alternative. Based on experience, it's harder to get rooms at Hilton than at *W properties due to the black out dates. Waldorf will definitely be a different type of stay than Westin TS...less modern and more aged and dated. I personally prefer the more modern accomodations but if you can get ride of HH points go for it.
