Probably, if they went to select it right now. I'd try to test it with a dummy booking, but economy is sold out.

To be honest - no one, beyond the analysis done up-thread for different status levels, understands exactly how the Amadeus system is making the choice. People have seen the TS module in action within other airlines, but the actual seat availability is determined by a routine that no-one within BA has shared - so it's possible that fare level comes into it, but we don't know.

What we can say for certain is that 14A is the one available for all seat in the Y cabin right at this point in time.
