LH offers the premium plaza lounge in DEL for its F pax, but only on request at checkin will you get a voucher. You will get a PA at checkin who will guide you thru immigration and security and to the lounge of your choice (you can go to the AI, SQ or LH lounge or premium plaza with a voucher). When its time to board, the PA will pick you up and take you all the way to the aircraft door.
