What should I expect in terms of F class lounge, compared to the Senator's lounge - at FRA?

I already know that I really do not get any difference in lounge access if I were flying AC J vs LH F vs LH J at DEL? Any other advantages or services in Delhi by flying LH F? Of course, there is Emirates out there that does offer pick up (limousine servide) for their premium class passengers - does LH offer the same thing?

PS-Will I get a first class suite like OZ or some other seat/suite with privacy- which one semi-obtains with the AC J class suite - but one does not get that with the LH or LX J class seat?
