That doesn't look like a cheap trip!
The best I can see on OW is $6300 via JFK and HEL outbound (12 hours in HEL) and via HKG and ORD on the return. Anything else looks like being in the $10k+ range.
SWUs might help a little but I doubt they'd be great, since they'll only work on AA flights (getting you to LHR or HKG maybe). If you want to travel Business class, then DEL return will be cheaper - $4000 on Finnair via Helsinki looks far and away the cheapest.
