Just an update. I called AA Customer Service. They created a "FUFA" - something that they have to figure out. THey will investigate why I did not get the 10K miles and get back to me. Not sure why it requires a "FUFA". It's pretty obvious I did not get the mileage rebate, but OK. They say it will take 3-5 days and they will notify me by mail.
