Just bumping this thread alive. I have two vouchers that expired end February that I'm hoping to use for an upgrade in May. I twice asked 9W staff at Mumbai airport if they could extend them for me and they said I didn't need to bother, I could use them up to three months after expiry. Yesterday, I wrote to Jet Privilege asking if I could send the vouchers in to their office for extension and got a reply saying: regret blah, cannot extend, blah.

Anyone have any insights into how best to proceed?
