Me thinks its BAEC too that is blocking this. None of the other programmes are affected.
I first thought its all destinations ns but at the end, I was corrected that only JP/TW and other countries are affected.

UPDATE: ALL Y SEATS ARE RESTORED FOR REDEMPTIONS.
