There is only about 3 showers in the Business lounge, and maybe 5 in the regular QF. I usually go over to the regular QF to shower, since the business ones are usually busy. Biggest negative is the ventilation in the shower rooms is poor, so if it is summer time in Australia - they can get very warm when you are trying to dry off.
