Hello all, just want to see if others are seeing the same.

Husband has had Club Carlson Business Credit Card for 1.5 year. As such, he's a Gold Elite member, as it's part of the park of holding the credit card.

Last week, he received an email from Club Carlson stating "Welcome to Silver Elite". His credit card is in good standing. I'm wondering if other people are seeing similar issues.
