Moved all of my flight to one world couple of years ago now BA GGL
had to book 2 tickets to Barbados in so called business (premium Rouge) joke 51/2 hr flight costs almost as Much as business to U.K.
decided to bring my daughter husband and grandchildren with us so booked tickets for them online Now when trying to add an infant to booking
by calling res as directed online I am being told my tickets are void as per aircanada fraud dept they won't refund tell me I need to book new tickets
yet according to my credit card company they have been paid for ac reservations most unhelpful just said tickets are void then changed to pending
need to provide credit card on check in but can't add infant I asked them to look at both bookings as I will already be in Barbados when they checkin
most unhelpful ever air Canada does not know meaning of customer service
in future I don't care how long I fly but will never set foot on an air Canada flight again and will express this to all my clients
Is punctuation too much to ask for?
