I just returned from Dallas about two weeks ago and stayed at the Joule downtown for nearly a week. We also did a quick stop in at Rosewood Mansion and that was also very nice. Four Seasons was outside of Dallas in Irving so didn't take the trip to see that but I'm sure it's up to par with other Four Seasons properties, they never disappoint.

The Joule can't be beat for location as it's right in the center of downtown and great walking distance as well. Good onsite restaurant and bars, and the Audi house cars will take you all around town and pick you up at no charge. That was a nice touch.

If you happen to go there let me know I'll be happy to let management know you're coming and ensure you're well taken care of. I know most all of the management there personally.

Oh and on Sunday possibly consider dinner at Perry's. They have their famous Pork Chop 3-course special then and it's not only a fantastic deal but the best pork chop I've ever had. Wow.. still thinking about that one actually.
