Well, you can't and you didn't if you can't get in with the card(s) you have and post here that you apparent have to get a second primary card.
The point is, Amex makes the rules, we either accept them and get the card(s) or we decide it isn't worth it and move on. It's just an airport lounge. Look out into the terminal... plenty of people surving their trip without setting foot into the crowded lounge.
