Have "car rental privileges" for Avis, Hertz, and National ever been visible via the "Benefits" tab when logged into your Amex account? Log in to your Amex account, choose your Platinum card, then click "Benefits", which is next to the "Account Services" and "Payments" tabs. I do not currently see an option for "car rental privileges" listed. Just wondering if this is a recent change?
