SQ offers Dom and Krug on all F flights (only exception is the 45 minute flight from Jakarta Singapore that has no Krug) and they won't run out of it.
I have been on flights when they run out of one or both champagnes in F. Most recently last month. Although in that case understandable due to several hours delay following aborted takeoff in which passengers remained onboard (with drinks flowing freely while waiting for the problem to be fixed).
