I also did this about two years ago, and it worked. Sounds like there's not a better option, given that FF tickets aren't available and one-ways are expensive. Is there any reason to buy anything other than the cheapest ticket, given that I don't need an upgradeable fare? For example, is there any advantage to H, say, rather than S or T?
