Regarding direct travel to Valpo/Viņa from the airport, the previous reco to take the airport bus to Pajaritos over the main bus terminal or Los Heroes is the correct one if you don't want to waste half an hour or more going into Santiago to then get a bus to Valpo/Viņa.
