US law requires that the e-ticket receipt show the baggage allowance and waivers for the first and second bag for tickets originating (or terminating) in the US. What you see on the e-ticket receipt is what the DL agent will see when you check in.

This is designed to provide full disclosure to the passenger (and to permit the required 24-hour fee free cancellation permitted by US law) as well as avoid lengthy debates at check-in because the agent need not make any determinations beyond looking at a version of what the passenger sees.

Thus, if the e-ticket receipt is incorrect, the DL agent will see the incorrect information as well. If the allowance is incorrect, that is a DOT violation and you may report that on DOT's website. In addition, ask that your PNR notes manually reflect the correct allowance in English. When you check in, you may ask that the agent look those up manually. If the agent is inclined, he may do so. Unfortunately, this will mean waiting in a standard check-in line rather than using a standard DL curbside check.
