Exactly, it displayed the free checked bag until I paid, then from the time I got the confirmation it switched to 0 bag. It's not a massive issue, it's 25$, but when they explain you they know about this issue and don't care, it becomes really frustrating.

Got 1,500 free miles from Twitter support... what a joke!
