Need advice. Last-minute work trip. Want to fly LAX-SYD in paid Business Class.
I have a last-minute trip that requires me to fly to LAX-SYD. Prefer to fly AA or another Oneworld carrier in Business.

AA is pricing over $10K for LAX-SYD roundtrip while another carrier is $6500. I believe if I can get the AA fare down to roughly $7500-ish, I should be alright.

Any creative routing ideas or other suggestions for AA/Oneworld?
