United just mailed me a replacement Premier Exec card for 2004 (I never received the first one). There was nothing but the card in the envelope. I seem to remember that the 2003 card came with "goodies" such as $25.00-off or Companion Cert.

Did the original 2004 Premier Exec cards come with "goodies"?
