The free-speech crowd seems to have overlooked or ignored my argument on page five of this thread that the close-up photographs of splayed labia typically found in a Penthouse pictoral series constitute an incident of sexual harassment per se for anyone traveling in the scope of her employment.

The 14-year-old was likely not traveling for work. If her mother was not, she should have contacted a flight attendant, who most assuredly was.

There is no need for her to personally get into a confrontation with the deviant, who by his actions has already demonstrated anti-social and possibly psychopathic tendencies.
