The hold times were unbelievably longer than I was willing to wait. May try to call again on Monday or something just to ask some questions.

The most recent response was much more helpful than the first. No one ever gets the response they want by not calling. Thanks for understanding my question. It's completely possible someone in this forum has had experience getting a non-refundable rate refunded--hence why I asked! Chase has surprised me many times with their customer service.

Sorry I responded 18 hours after my question. It's called life and I don't spend my time hitting refresh on FT all day long. Didn't realize there was a set time for responding.
