Clearly a plurality of the customers they polled think quiet is important and should be expected.
We've paid close attention to the details that matter when it comes to getting a good night's sleep.
Maybe they need to add this:
We paid close attention to the details, except instructing our FAs to be respectful of the paying customers and keep the volume of their frivolity down.
And to those recommending noise cancelling headphones, I'll politely suggest you don't understand what those headphones actually do. And I have yet to find a set of earplugs that will block ebullient and inconsiderate FAs.
