How's the Domestic/International and vv transfer process at SHA? One of the reasons to consider SHA is I dislike the process at PVG. It's a real pain. One thing about China is that immigration/customs setup varies so much from airport to airport. I'm hoping even if wrong about lounges that the I/D and D/I setup is better.
