People just pull out the 'public transportation' card and act like that excuses everything. Guess what, in civilized places there's a certain etiquette about how people act even on a city bus or commuter train, never mind a much longer and much more expensive flight. And yes people talking very loudly and obnoxiously should be frowned upon even in those settings.
