- Did you buy your ticket about 6 months ago? Usually the rule states that you must use all value on your ticket within 1 year of the original TICKETED date.
Thank you! I bought the ticket two months ago. I guess when referencing "6 months" the rep was probably just assuring me I didn't have to immediately request the change instead of suggesting an actual deadline. I mentioned I might not know the return date until one month from now.
