Get a better eye mask and ear plugs. I travel with my own and expect to use them when I want to sleep, regardless of cabin or flight times. It isn't a bedroom nor a hotel and there is going to be ambient light and noise, typically more then engines or other pax.
Yes, the FAs should respect that on an overnight flight they should be quieter than not. But you have to expect some ambient light and noise. That has been my experience on every flight I've ever taken.
