Buenos Aires (AEP) to Ushuaia (USH) nonstops fly a good portion over water. However, when I took the flight a few years back, I seem to recall hugging the coastline more often than not - was able to get some great photos. However, when I checked Flightaware, it seems the recent flights flew out over the Atlantic.
