Ditto here. I fortunately travel with my own extras, but all of my Polaris trips so far have come with completely flattened earplugs in the "sleep" pocket. I actually unpacked and left the most recent set (EWR-ZRH) on the storage shelf for the entire flight. Landed the next morning in ZRH and they were still basically flat.

Had actually considered writing UA about them since I'd noticed it as a trend, too... but decided I didn't care that much!
