Since you're arriving in J you have two options, the aforementioned arrivals lounge, or the 2F departure lounge. Both have showers, and you'll have to clear security and immigration either way (but the security check will be after the arrivals lounge or before the departure lounge).

Keep in mind that one of the two (identical) 2F lounges is currently closed for renovation, so the other is overcrowded at peak times.
