I have made two separate bookings here, a 5 night on points which I was able to book directly for RBC on points (34k for 5 nights).

However, I have a separate 2-night BRG reservation, which the BRG team said over the phone they were unable to upgrade with points (the hotel replied offering RBC upgrades for $75 per night).

My question is: if I choose not to upgrade, and don’t get a complimentary upgrade to RBC at check in, what will be the Plat breakfast policy? The Plat breakfast thread on FT indicates breakfast at the RBC +500 pts but that’s assuming you were upgraded, correct?
