1. If my memberships runs until 23 January 2018 but I hit conceirge level in November 2017 when do I have to use these benefits by?

2. If I buy an economy ticket and upgrade does the companion get the upgraded or the base ticket?

3. Can I buy economy get free companion and use two free upgrades to upgrade both?

4. Can use free upgrades on normal economy tickets I book that aren't in my name but are traveling with me?
