With all due respect, I think stories like this provide strong encouragement to BA to contractually prohibit/restrict B2Bs. I very much hope that doesn't happen.
Completely disagree. OP recognised their mistake in good time, made BA aware and staff incompetence resulted in the IDB. The B2B here is a red herring.
